Hooray!!!!!!!! I’m gonna buy a Mini!!!!! I went and saw the car yesterday and fell in love with it, and Ellie managed to persuade me over dinner last night that it was a good idea, so this morning I phoned the guy and made him an offer!! Yey!!! I’m gonna go and pick it up on Monday afternoon, and I’m so excited!! Since getting off the phone this morning I’ve been jumping up and down and dancing around the room… it’s all so amazing! This is like my all-time ambition, my ultimate dream come true! I’ve finally got a Mini of my own!! I’ve just been playing my guitar too, singing a few worship songs, as that seemed like the most appropriate response, and now I’m going to have a cup of tea and go into town. Yey!!!

Incidentally, if you’re looking for a Content Management System, WordPress is pretty good, but if you want something more flexible try Mambo or Drupal. And there’s no shame in using someone else’s code – they have the time to put into making it as good as it can be, you don’t!

Matthew, I am SO happy for you. I know you have wanted this for a long time and after the tragic loss of your first love this news is especially comforting.
